Leadership Team

Executive Director

Our Director owns and operates several care homes for people with special needs. Her vision to include a community based day program, that would allow persons with special needs to thrive in the community, launched shortly after the pandemic when several programs closed and consumers were not able to integrate into the community.

Trinity Hope became a central focus of her mission to ensure proper conservation of the rights and long term care needs of the persons in her care, and other care homes as well.

Trinity Hopes mission is to support consumers right to be able to thrive in the least restrictive environment fitting to their needs, so that they may function at their highest potential. Our mantra is “Independence beyond hope.”
